At Southern Maryland Outdoor Power Equipment, we are committed to shipping your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

We do not ship Mower, Baggers or Implements, these are only available for in store pick up or local delivery.. 

Order Processing

  • Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) after the order is placed. Please note that during peak Spring/Summer seasons, there may be a slight delay due to high demand. We recommend ordering well in advance of your required date.
  • Shipping Location: All orders ship from our warehouse located at 2205 Crain Hwy Waldorf, Maryland 20601

Back Orders

  • Our system aims to minimize back orders. If a long-term back order occurs, the affected item will be removed from your order, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Out-of-stock items will be reordered from, which typically requires an additional 3-4 days for processing.

Availability

  • Availability Status: "Usually available" means that while we maintain a substantial inventory, no dealership can stock every part at all times. We source from our inventory as well as from multiple Manufactures. 
  • Generally, parts listed as "usually available" can ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Methods

  • Preferred Shipper: Our primary shipping method is FedEx, a cost-effective option that combines UPS and USPS services. This method typically offers savings.

Shipping Guarantees

  • Southern Maryland Outdoor Power Equipment does not guarantee shipping times beyond those provided by our shipping partners. For any claims regarding shipping issues, please contact us via email with your order details, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Shipping Limitations

  • Per our agreement with Our Manufactures , we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States.

Taxes

  • Sales tax is applied as required by law. If you possess a sales tax exemption, please create an account and contact us with your exemption certificate prior to placing your order.
